Privacy Policy

AppShotty is operated by EGESKOV VENTURES LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use AppShotty to generate App Store screenshot assets.

Information We Collect

We collect account information such as your name, email address, profile image, authentication provider, and account identifiers when you sign in. We also collect content you provide to the app, including uploaded screenshots, App Store links, app metadata fetched from those links, prompts, edits, generated images, saved apps, saved generations, language choices, and related project settings.

When you purchase a subscription, Stripe processes your payment information. We receive billing identifiers, plan details, subscription status, invoice status, credit allocation, and related payment metadata from Stripe, but we do not store your full payment card number.

We may collect technical information such as device and browser details, log data, error data, usage events, and analytics events to operate, secure, and improve the service.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide AppShotty, authenticate accounts, process uploaded and fetched screenshots, generate and edit screenshot assets, save your projects, manage credits, provide billing and subscription access, prevent abuse, debug issues, improve product quality, and respond to support requests.

AI Processing

AppShotty sends the images, prompts, app information, and edit instructions needed for a generation request to AI service providers so they can create or edit your screenshot assets. Do not upload content that you do not have the right to use or that contains sensitive personal information you do not want processed for this purpose.

Storage and Service Providers

We use third-party service providers to run the service, including Firebase/Google Cloud for authentication, database, storage, hosting, cloud functions, and analytics; Stripe for checkout, subscriptions, and billing; and AI providers for image generation. These providers process information on our behalf or as necessary to provide their services.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers that help us operate AppShotty, when required by law, to protect rights and security, to complete a business transfer, or with your direction or consent.

Retention

We keep account, project, uploaded, generated, billing, and log information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. You may delete content from the app where deletion controls are available or contact us for account-related requests.

Your Choices

You can choose what content to upload or submit. You can manage your subscription through the billing portal when available. You may request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy assistance by contacting us.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee perfect security.

Children

AppShotty is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last updated.
