Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of AppShotty, a screenshot generation service operated by EGESKOV VENTURES LLC. By accessing or using AppShotty, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Service

You may use AppShotty to upload, fetch, generate, edit, save, and export App Store screenshot assets. You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or submit and of generated outputs to the extent permitted by law and applicable provider terms. You grant EGESKOV VENTURES LLC the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and create outputs from your content for the purpose of operating AppShotty.

You must have the necessary rights to any screenshots, app icons, app metadata, names, marks, images, prompts, and other materials you submit. You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before publishing or using them.

Acceptable Use

You may not use AppShotty to violate laws, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, upload harmful code, abuse or disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, evade limits, scrape the service, or submit content that is illegal, harmful, or otherwise violates another party's rights.

Credits and Subscriptions

AppShotty uses credits for generation capacity. The number of credits included in a plan and the credit cost of a generation may be shown in the app. Credits refresh on successful monthly subscription billing unless otherwise stated. Unused credits do not represent cash, stored value, or a transferable balance.

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring monthly charges until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the billing portal when available.

Refund Policy

You may request a refund for a paid plan if you have not used any credits from that purchase or billing period. If any credits from that purchase or billing period have been used, the refund request is void and the payment is non-refundable. Approved refunds may remove or reduce the related credits and access.

AI Outputs

AI-generated results may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for checking outputs for accuracy, legal compliance, App Store requirements, intellectual property concerns, and brand suitability before using them.

Service Changes and Availability

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of AppShotty at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any generated result will meet your expectations.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, fail to pay amounts due, or use AppShotty in a way that may cause legal or operational harm.

Disclaimers

AppShotty is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EGESKOV VENTURES LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to AppShotty will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last updated. Continued use of AppShotty after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
